Registration

The Far West registration process includes Individual Registration. In other words, individuals can submit their Delegate Registration Form and fees directly to the SkiCon Registrar instead of having the club collect all the checks and submitting one club check.

Far West will begin accepting online  registration on April 13th through PayPal at

Once you have logged into FWSA Connect, hover over "Trips & Events" and select "SkiCon 2026 Convention, Jun 11-14, 2026" from the drop down menu.


Attendees may still sign up via snail mail. Make checks payable to FWSA and send with the Delegate Registration Form to:

Voting

A Delegate will have voting privileges at the Sunday business session. It is very important that delegates be designated by their club as a voting delegate on the Credentials Form and attend the Sunday session. Individuals must mark their Delegate status when they register if they intend to vote.


Credentials

Clubs need to submit their completed Delegate Credentials Form to the SkiCon Registrar.  


Economic Incentive

FWSA is once again offering an "economic incentive" program this year, to provide a ski club the opportunity to send more delegates to SkiCon. For every six (6) delegates that have paid the full registration package by the May 11, 2026 deadline, the club will receive a rebate of one (1) paid registration after the SkiCon. Rebate is limited to one per club.

SkiCon Delegate Responsibilities

• Participate in voting on Sunday (as a voting delegate) during the business portion of SkiCon

   

• Be cordial and respectful to invited guests and industry representatives.

   

• Respect the industry seating arrangement (typically, two industry representatives) at each table for Saturday lunch and dinner.

   

• Display honesty and integrity in representing your snowsports club to the industry.

Optional Activities

Delegates can register for the Optional Activities NOW or anytime prior to the May 11, 2026 deadline through the registration process. Many of these activities are limited and expected to sell out, so delegates should not delay in sending in their payment. Priority will be given to registered delegates and industry.
