About this event
Join Us for a Conversation on Climate Change and Snowsports
Date: Monday, February 24
Time: 6:30 - 7:30 PM Pacific Time
Where: Virtual Meeting
Climate change has been described by the National Ski Areas Association (NSAA) as an existential threat to snowsports. Rising temperatures, shifting snowfall patterns, and shortened seasons are already affecting ski areas and the future of the sports we love.
The Far West Ski Association (FWSA) Environment Committee invites you to an important virtual meeting to discuss these challenges and how the ski industry is responding to them. This is an opportunity to learn from leaders who are actively working to ensure a sustainable future for skiing and snowboarding.
