Far West Charity & Community Service Program...
Far West has sponsored this award since its inception in 2007.
In 2015, the competition was divided into three categories— Double Diamond, Diamond and Council. The winning club in each class received $200 for their charity. The runner-up in each class received $50 for their charity. The winning Council received $100 for their charity.
Since 2018, there are no more financial awards. Winning Clubs and Councils receive a medallion to use on their website and a certificate.
Starting in 2020, there is no lengthy application process and no more competition. FWSA is honoring all Clubs and Councils for their Charity involvement by SHOWCASING them at convention.
