Dr. Jon Kedrowski is an author, ski-mountaineer, and geographer from Colorado. He is best known for summiting and camping overnight on the summit of all of Colorado's Fourteeners (mountains over 14,000 feet) in 2011.

His expeditions to Everest in recent years (2012, 2015 & 2018) have been featured on Discovery Channel, Smithsonian, NBC, Dateline NBC, CBS, ABC, Fox, and CNN.

On April 25, 2015, Jon was at Everest Base camp in Nepal when a devastating 7.9 magnitude earthquake struck. All summit attempts were aborted but Jon was able to assist the Nepalese people with rescue efforts as well as collecting data for the USGS about the earthquake.

Billy Kidd

Billy Kidd, a descendant of the infamous Billy the Kidd, was the 1964 Olympic Silver Medalist in slalom skiing. Billy later went on to win the 1970 World Championships in Val Gardena, Italy.

Born in Vermont, Billy moved to Steamboat Springs in 1970 and has been giving free ski clinics there for 35 years. Billy is currently serving as Director of Skiing at Steamboat Ski & Resort, CO.

Billy has served on the Board of Directors of Special Olympics International, The President's Council on Physical Fitness, and The Jimmie Heuga Center for Multiple Sclerosis (currently Can Do MS) in Vail.

Billy hosts corporate ski outings for companies including American Express, Rolex Watch, UPS, American Airlines, Time magazine, Sports Illustrated magazine, and several others.

Fred Liebel, a Commercial Insurance Broker in San Diego area, opened his own company that specializes in hard to place and difficult risks.

Fred was born and raised in upstate New York and attended the State University of New York at Albany, majoring in Economics. Throughout the 1970’s and early 1980’s he was involved in management positions with several construction and hospitality-based companies.

An avid monoskier, hand cyclist and triathlete he spends most of his free time as a volunteer with a number of San Diego agencies that promote sports and recreation programs for children with disabilities.

Fred sits on the Executive Board of the City of San Diego Parks and Recreation Departments’ Disabled Services Advisory Council.
