The Outstanding Publication competition is held annually at the FWSA convention. Clubs submit their newsletters and/or a book chronicling their activities. Newsletters from the entire year are judged according to pre-set criteria. The deadline to register for the 2008-09 competition is November 15, 2008. No extensions.
The competition in 2008-09 will be based on four classifications using membership as reported at the 2008 Convention:
Class AAAA - Membership of 325+
Class AAA - Membership of 200-324
Class AA - Membership of 150-199
Class A - Membership of 10-149
